Chris Guttman-McCabe joined Anterix as chief regulatory and communications officer in October 2020 to lead the government relations and communications efforts in support of the company’s vision of 900 MHz private broadband for the utility, critical infrastructure and enterprise sectors.
Prior to joining Anterix, Chris was the founder and CEO of CGM Advisors LLC, where he worked on communications, government relations, market analysis and business development initiatives for both Fortune 100 companies and start-up tech ventures.
Chris founded CGM Advisors after a 13-year career at CTIA as a spokesperson and advocate for the wireless industry, including testifying 19 times before Congress. At CTIA, he served as executive vice president, overseeing a 90-person association with a $65 million annual budget. Before joining CTIA, Chris worked as an Associate in the Communications Practice Group at Wiley Rein LLP.
Chris earned his law degree, magna cum laude, with a Communications Institute certificate from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Swarthmore College.
