Job Description

The Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) is a trusted resource for expanding Registered Apprenticeships, developing education and training solutions, and leading sector-based partnerships for broadband.

The Workforce Solutions Coordinator for the Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) will be in a key position to enhance and support WIA’s efforts to transform the Broadband industry with training and education programs that improve safety, quality, and productivity. This position requires strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management, attention to detail, strong communication, and excellent customer service. Reporting to the Vice President, the ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and acumen, a willingness to take on any task to advance the team, and experience working with customer relations management software and learning management systems.


  • Work closely with the Workforce Solutions team to schedule and support meetings, webinars, workshops, training, and conferences.
  • Respond to initial inquiries from prospective employers and schedule program overviews.
  • Update, track, and follow-up with prospective employers, educational partner organizations and industry partners and customers seeking to learn more about workforce programs.
  • Develop and update key program documents, instructions, presentations, timelines, project correspondences, proposals, and memos, etc.
  • Maintain files and necessary documentation for team regarding program participants.
  • Maintain program system resources such as RAPIDS, Salesforce, ApprentiScope, LMS and HubSpot.
  • Suggest program efficiencies and opportunities and follow through as appropriate.
  • Support the execution of various stages of project implementation plans, including project scheduling, tracking, and reporting. This includes developing and submitting reporting as required by state and federal partners.
  • Handle day-to-day operational responsibilities and challenges.
  • Additional programmatic/administrative duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Microsoft suite proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Expert reading, writing, and PowerPoint development skills
  • Customer relations management experience (eg, HubSpot)
  • Ability to travel (up to 10%) and facilitate meetings, training, and events.
