Media Capital Advisors, Inc. (MCA) was formed in 2003 by two partners to continue serving their commmunications clientel.

Steven R. Bitner, Co-Founder

Steve Bitner is a Co-Founder of Media Capital Advisors. He has more than 15 years experience in financial services, both as a commercial banker and for the last ten years, as an investment banker. He has advised firms in all stages of development: seed capital through sale. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Tower Divsion manager at Communications Equity Associates, LLC (CEA) in their suburban Philadelphia office. CEA was a boutique international investment banking firm serving communications companies from fifteen offices and over 200 banking professionals. He has spoken at numerous broadband and wireless conferences both as a panelist and as moderator. He served as a Managing Member for Centerpointe Communications, LLC; a tower management and ownership company from its formation in 1997 to 2002.

S. Keith Walters, Co-Founder
Keith Walters is a Co-Founder of Media Capital Advisors. He has more than 14 years experience, both as an accountant and for the last ten years as an investment banker. He has advised firms in all stages of development: seed capital through sale. Previously, he served as a Vice President at CEA in their suburban Philadelphia office where he was responsible for developing business opportunities and providing financial analysis in the cable, tower and wireless industries.
