“My most memorable achievement is becoming a member, and eventually holding an executive leadership role, with the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum. I was fortunate enough to work alongside some of the best in the industry. Together we were able to provide an avenue for women new to the industry to share their experiences, challenges and successes. I was honored to be part of this group of wireless leaders, each willing to give her time and expertise to ensure excellence for the future. WWLF has allowed me to give back in a mentorship capacity, which is especially meaningful since I have benefitted from an amazing and trusted mentor throughout the years.

The biggest challenge I have had to overcome is learning the industry. When I entered the wireless industry in early 2000, there were no training programs offered – such as TIRAP and the programs offered by WIA. Thankfully, I have had incredible mentors along the way to guide me and provide me with informal training that has been with me throughout my career.”
