Fierce Wireless – This week, Midco announced that it sold its tower portfolio to K2 Towers. The two companies did not reveal the monetary amount of the transaction nor how many towers were involved. Radio World – Nominations for membership on the Technological Advisory Council (TAC) are now being accepted by the Federal Communications Commission. The FCC is asking that nominations be submitted as soon as possible, with a final deadline of Sept. 22, 2023. The first meeting of the TAC is set for December 2023. Read More
