Inside Towers – T-Mobile has more work to do. The company’s announcement that its mid-band 2.5 GHz 5G Ultra Capacity service now reaches 300 million people is a milestone. The company already covers 98 percent of the U.S. population with its low-band 600 MHz 5G Extended Reach service. At the end of 3Q23, T-Mobile reported wireless service revenues of $15.7 billion, up three percent on a year-over-year basis. Fierce Wireless – Verizon’s first mmWave deployments have focused on dense urban areas, at stadiums and along beaches where they see a high concentration of people. This week, Verizon announced it has deployed mmWave in all 30 NFL stadiums. Read More

Total Telecom – Telecommunications giant AT&T reported a strong third quarter, with revenues of over $30 billion, as the company posted its strongest historical showing for mobility service revenue and announced hundreds of thousands of new fiber net adds. Read More

Light Reading – Crown Castle said it will meet its goal of deploying 10,000 small cells this year, double the number of small cells it deployed in 2022. Crown Castle said it expects to increase its small cell deployment in 2024 to 14,000 nodes. Read More
