Minnesota’s Rosedale Center entrusted American Tower to design and deploy a neutral-host Distributed Antenna System (DAS) to meet its complex connectivity requirements, without disrupting current operations or major ongoing redevelopment. The network installation started in parallel with the launch of Rosedale Center’s extensive $100 million multiyear renovation program, which included updates to flooring and lighting, the addition of a new wing with a fully remodeled anchor tenant, and a new two-level parking structure.
