Array President and CEO Anthony Carlson Joins WIA Board of Directors

ARLINGTON, Va. – Today, the Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) announced that Array Digital Infrastructure (Array) President and CEO Anthony Carlson has joined WIA’s Board of Directors.

“We congratulate Anthony Carlson on his recent appointment as President and CEO of Array and welcome him to the WIA Board,” said WIA President and CEO Patrick Halley. “WIA looks forward to continuing to work with Anthony and the amazing team at Array as we drive the wireless infrastructure industry forward to meet the future of connectivity together.”

Mr. Carlson was named President and CEO of Array, a TDS company, in November 2025. He oversees the operations and strategic initiatives related to Array’s portfolio of 4,400 owned towers, noncontrolling investment interests, and retained wireless spectrum. He has served within the TDS family of companies since 2020, including TDS Telecom as Vice President of Organizational Transformation and UScellular where he served in various roles in sales, marketing and financial analysis. Mr. Carlson holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and earned his Master of Business Administration with distinction from Harvard Business School.
