InSite Wireless Group Expands Rooftop Portfolio Through Acquisition of Repeater Communications

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (PRWEB) July 20, 2020

InSite Wireless Group, LLC (“InSite”), one of the largest privately-owned tower and wireless infrastructure companies in the U.S., announced that it has closed on the acquisition of Repeater Communications Group, LLC, one of the leading operators of leased rooftop telecommunications sites in New York City and surrounding markets.

With this acquisition, InSite will expand its portfolio of urban rooftop assets and gain a significant foothold in some of the nation’s largest BTA markets.

“Repeater’s portfolio of buildings varying in size and its excellent landlord relationships enables current 4G growth as well as the evolving 5G technology for a full-suite of equipment deployment options in the densely populated urban areas. We are excited to partner with Repeater as we play a crucial role facilitating 5G technological expansion in these markets and beyond” said David E. Weisman, CEO of InSite Wireless Group.

“The partnership with InSite will substantially enhance our ability to support, maintain and most importantly, expand our portfolio,” said Michael Lifland, Co-President of Repeater Communications Group, LLC. “We chose InSite for its industry expertise and we look forward to working with the team to drive revenue for our landlords and expand our geographic footprint” added Paul Eisenberg, Co-President, Repeater Communications Group, LLC.
