Apr 15, 2020 NB+C Promotes Danielle Garrity to Managing Director NB+C is proud to announce that as of April 2020, NB+C has promoted Danielle Garrity to the Managing Director level where she will serve as a partner in the organization. Prior to joining NB+C, Danielle received her MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Danielle has held many positions of increasing responsibility within the organization covering NB+C’s full life cycle of business operations, which include business development, operations, P&L, personnel development, and corporate strategy. Danielle began her career with NB+C in 2010 as an Assistant Program Manager working in the Mid-Atlantic region. Due to her success in that role, and with the company requiring focus on several new initiatives, Danielle was promoted to Associate Director of Employee Development in 2015. Danielle embraced that opportunity, and through her leadership several new employee programs were developed and instituted. Our industry-leading employee appreciation and employee training programs came on-line under Danielle’s direction. She further developed our employee experience by initiating the company’s philanthropy program and enhanced the NB+C Professional Development series that is currently in its 8th year. Her impact in this role was invaluable to the growth of our organization. Currently she is the Director of Site Development for the Mid-Atlantic region and has been on the Executive Committee since 2015, taking an active role at the highest levels of the organization. As Managing Director of Site Development for the Mid-Atlantic region, Danielle will continue her current responsibilities, leading all business operations for the region. Danielle’s region covers D.C., Maryland, Northern Virginia, Pittsburgh, and Ohio. Danielle has a team of more than 100 wireless professionals covering 14 client offices spread throughout her region. “Danielle came to NB+C without wireless experience, but through her education and previous work experience, she brought to NB+C a very strong business operational approach,” said Conlon McCarthy, Vice President, Site Development. “Danielle proved to be a huge asset to our organization very early in her career, demonstrating a strong drive to win with excellent leadership qualities. Danielle went through a job rotation within the organization that gave her exposure to all disciplines within the company. I am very proud of Danielle’s accomplishments through her career progression at NB+C. I am fortunate to have Danielle on my team and I look forward to the continued collaboration in the growth and success of the Mid-Atlantic region.” Members in the News
