WIA & NYSWA Comments to the Adirondack Park Agency on the Proposed General Permit for Tower Modifications

On September 29, 2023, WIA and NYSWA submitted comments to the Adirondack Park Agency (APA) in support of its proposal to update rules for Eligible Facilities Requests, which would streamline and harmonize APA siting rules with Federal rules that are proven to promote rapid deployment of telecommunications infrastructure.
