WIA Welcomes Amy-Gabrielle Bartolac, Public Affairs Manager and Kate Forscey, Director of Legislative Affairs

February 4, 2019

ARLINGTON, Va. – The Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) welcomes Amy-Gabrielle Bartolac as Public Affairs Manager and Kate Forscey as Director of Legislative Affairs.

“Amy-Gabrielle understands the connection between communications and advocacy,” said WIA President and CEO Jonathan Adelstein. “She will lead WIA’s media relations as the organization’s spokesperson. We look forward to her strengthening WIA’s media visibility and thought leadership. With her extensive trade association experience, she will carry the wireless infrastructure industry’s message to the media, Congress, and stakeholders on behalf of WIA members.”

Before joining WIA, Bartolac served as Marketing and Communications Manager at the American Bakers Association. She earned a Master of Arts from Georgetown University in Language and Communication with a concentration in Political Communication.

“Kate’s vast knowledge of wireless issues and her nearly ten years of working with Congress will serve her well in advocating for the interests of WIA members,” said Adelstein. “She will represent our members effectively on Capitol Hill as she advocates for WIA’s legislative agenda. Kate’s experience working on a variety of technology and telecommunications issues will serve the WIA membership well.”

Prior to joining WIA, Forscey held the position of Senior Technology Policy Advisor for Rep. Anna Eshoo (D-CA-18) and was previously policy counsel for Public Knowledge. She holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University.
