WIA Welcomes Array Digital Infrastructure Interim President and CEO to Board of Directors

ARLINGTON, Va. – Today, the Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) announced that Array Digital Infrastructure Interim President and CEO Douglas W. Chambers has joined WIA’s Board of Directors.

“WIA is pleased to welcome Doug Chambers to WIA’s Board of Directors,” said WIA President and CEO Patrick Halley. “I look forward to working with Doug and the entire team at Array as we continue to press forward with WIA’s work to create the best business and regulatory environment for our members to enable connectivity everywhere.”

“It’s an honor to be appointed to the WIA Board,” said Chambers. “WIA has a strong reputation for focused and successful advocacy at the federal and state levels on behalf of its members. I look forward to working with my fellow Board members to support WIA’s important mission.”

Mr. Chambers oversees operations and strategic initiatives related to Array’s portfolio of 4,400 owned towers, noncontrolling investment interests, and retained wireless spectrum. He has been with the TDS family of companies for over 17 years, most recently serving as UScellular executive vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer for six years.
