WIA Welcomes FCC Approval of DISH License Transfers, $2.4B Escrow for Infrastructure Providers

Today, the FCC approved the transfer of spectrum licenses from EchoStar to AT&T and SpaceX, which included an escrow for affected infrastructure providers.
