Wireless Infrastructure Association Announces Reelection of Board of Directors, Officers

Ft. LAUDERDALE, FL (May 6, 2026) – Today, the Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) announced the reelection of the current WIA Board of Directors.

“WIA is fortunate to have a Board that brings deep experience, strong leadership, and a shared commitment to advancing wireless infrastructure across the country,” said Patrick Halley, President and CEO of WIA. “The reelection of our current Directors ensures continuity as we continue working to strengthen networks, support innovation, and meet the growing connectivity needs of communities nationwide.”

During its quarterly meeting, held in conjunction with Connect (X) in Fort Lauderdale, FL, the Board of Directors approved the WIA membership’s reelection of the following Board Directors to serve three-year terms:

• Ron Bizick, CEO, Vertical Bridge
• Todd Boyer, CEO, TowerCo
• Anthony Carlson, CEO, Array Communications
• Brendan Cavanagh, CEO, SBA Communications
• Ed Farscht, CEO Diamond Communications
• Cathy Piche, Executive Vice President-COO, Towers, Crown Castle
• Richard Rossi, Executive Vice President and President U.S. Tower Division, American Tower

The Board of Directors also reappointed four additional Board Directors:

• Daniel Agresta, President and CEO, APC Towers and APC Telecom Services
• Tom Kane, CEO and Managing Member, NB+C
• Dagan Kasavana, Founder and CEO, Phoenix Tower International
• Kelly Lazuka, CEO, Fullerton

Additionally, WIA Board of Directors approved the extension of the terms of the current Officers for an additional year:

• Chair: Cathy Piche, Executive Vice President-COO, Towers, Crown Castle
• Vice Chair: Richard Rossi, Executive Vice President and President U.S. Tower Division, American Tower
• Treasurer: Ed Farscht, CEO, Diamond Communications
• Secretary: Brendan Cavanagh, CEO, SBA Communications
