Anthony Carlson

Anthony became President and CEO, and joined Array’s Board of Directors, in November 2025. He is responsible for guiding Array’s operations and strategic initiatives across its portfolio of 4,400 owned towers, noncontrolling investment interests, and retained wireless spectrum. Previously, he was at Array’s sister company, TDS Telecom, as the Vice President of Organizational Transformation where he was responsible for assisting senior leadership in the design and implementation of a comprehensive roadmap for TDS Telecom’s future.

In 2020, Anthony joined UScellular, another TDS Telecom sister company, where he served in analytical, sales, and marketing roles, and as Senior Director of Growth Marketing Strategy and Execution. Prior to joining UScellular, Anthony worked at McKinsey & Company and Samsung Electronics.

Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and earned his Master of Business Administration with distinction from Harvard Business School.
