WIA’s Reply Comments in Response to the FCC’s Safeguarding and Securing the Open Internet Proceeding

On January 17, 2024, WIA submitted the above reply comments in response to the FCC’s Safeguarding and Securing the Open Internet proceeding. In the comments, WIA agrees with the many commenters that demonstrate that the FCC’s proposed rules to regulate broadband are unnecessary, a significant overreach, and have the potential to hamper the thriving broadband ecosystem.
