Jean Marie Frawley

Jean Marie has headed up our American Water Program for over 23 years. In this role she must work for both American Water as well as carriers who are looking to either co-locate on an American Water asset or upgrade an existing site. At times this can be a strenuous task as carriers are always looking for speed to market but at the same time she must ensure that American Water and its assets are protected.

She runs the project from conception to completion.

Some of her bigger accomplishments with this project over the years have been working through the constant structural code changes and keeping the client and carriers aware of them and enabling both sides to move forward.

She has established a plan that allows the client to protect its assets when terrorist threat levels increase due to Homeland Security concerns as dictated by the Federal Government. Her plan, which has been implemented, allows the carriers access to build new sites or provide maintenance to existing sites and allows the client to protect its vital infrastructure for its ratepayers. Previously, all work was halted until the threat levels were rescinded.
