My most memorable achievement is leading the team that transformed the inbound colocations program into UScellular Towers. Having worked in wireless operations at UScellular for many years, I was excited to join the Cell Site Services team but had little idea of what I needed to learn to ensure we were operating as an effective tower owner. I vividly recall attending my first industry event and being overwhelmed with the graciousness of everyone I met, whether vendor, carrier, or infrastructure provider, to share knowledge, advice, and best practices. I am profoundly grateful for the dedication of the associates on my team and the collaboration of internal partners in engineering, who have played integral roles in developing and implementing process changes to better support our tenants. Beyond that, we have leveraged our network as an innovative way to differentiate by offering asset sharing services that help our tenants reduce cost and improve time to market.
