Mackenzie Germinario

Mackenzie Germinario is the Manager of Meetings and Events, where she collaborates with the meetings and events team to ensure the success of Connect X- the Connectivity Expo and other key WIA events throughout the year.

Prior to joining WIA, Mackenzie has over six years of experience in the event industry, Mackenzie has built a strong skill set in logistics and teamwork through her previous roles in various organizations.

Mackenzie graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and is both a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and a Digital Event Strategist (DES). Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys life in the Blue Ridge Mountains with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys exploring the Appalachian Trail and local state parks and spending quality time with family and friends.
