What resonates most with me from my career at Symphony Wireless is the wide range of site owners we have been able to help – individuals, families, small and large businesses, municipalities, churches, schools, and more. We’re able to educate our fellow site owners on the site, the lease, the market, and the options available to them so that they can make the best choice for themselves and their long-term financial plan. We truly come together as a team to bring our intellectual and creative best to customize every opportunity. My favorite site owner to date is someone who described their cellular site lease buyout and subsequent 1031 exchange as: “I bought two farms with my farm!” When you can help someone achieve a result they may not have known was available to them, it’s very rewarding.
