Alda Licis, Verta Alda Licis serves as Chief Operating Officer of Verta, a nationwide developer of telecommunication assets. Alda led the PE-backed startup of Tilson Infrastructure (now Verta), building a team of 18 industry experts focused on financing and developing macro towers, small cells and fiber. Before joining TI, Alda was Principal/Owner of Front Range Infrastructure Consulting, LLC advising clients in the fiber and wireless industry. Previously, she worked for the Zayo Group during its transition from PE-backed through IPO as VP and Senior Director of various business units including data center, dark fiber and small cells. Prior to Zayo, Alda managed the Chicago and Federal engineering offices for EYP Mission Critical Facilities, a data center design and consulting company, which was acquired by Hewlett Packard. Alda began her career as a licensed Electrical Engineer. She holds an Engineering degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth.
