Adrian G. Berezowsky, Dynamic Environmental Associates (DEA)

Mr. Berezowsky is Vice President at Dynamic Environmental Associates (DEA), a nationwide environmental and regulatory consulting firm, with daily responsibilities including business development, management and technical oversight of projects as well as administrative and financial duties for the company. 

He has worked in the wireless infrastructure industry since 2007 having helped to found IVI Telecom Services, Inc., a nationwide environmental consulting firm which also specialized in environmental and regulatory due diligence for wireless infrastructure development. IVI was acquired by CBRE in late 2014 where he served as Senior Managing Director until 2018 after which he founded BirchCo, Inc., a boutique firm specializing in regulatory and environmental oversight for commercial projects, whose operations were merged into DEA’s in early 2020.

Adrian attended The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science & Art (Bachelor of Architecture) and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is active in various industry associations including being a member and founder of NATE’s  Environmental and Regulatory Task Force, a former board member, Events Co Chair and Executive Committee Vice President of the NY Wireless Association, a former Board member and Regulatory Chair of the PA Wireless Association and former Regulatory Co Chair and founder of the WIA Environmental Working Group.

He lives in the lower Hudson Valley of New York with his wife and three young boys and enjoys spending time with them as well as mountain biking, reading and attending various events of the Ukrainian diaspora.
