“My most memorable achievement is not related to a challenge I’ve necessarily overcome but more related to the challenges I’ve been a part of helping our customers to overcome.

In my 8 years at iBwave, I’ve been part of many larger teams of people who work everyday to understand the challenges our customers are facing in deploying wireless networks and find the right solutions to help them solve them. Especially in the existing wireless landscape where new technologies are emerging rapidly – in the last 5 years alone we’ve seen new technologies emerge like 5G, Private LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E and now we’re starting about even the next generation of all these technologies – 6G, Wi-Fi 7. And with those evolutions come new challenges for our customers who are trying to design and deploy these new technologies to leverage the best of what they each offer. 

Being a part of evolving our solutions and market offerings so we’re providing best-in-class software solutions for our customers to then provide best-in-class networks to their customers, is what has been most memorable to me. And watching how fast the wireless industry is evolving has been the most fun.”
