“When we began working on a new scope of work for our customer, they essentially handed us two folders filled with hundreds of documents and standards with very little guidance on the COP structure. I had never worked with anything on this side of the industry before, but I was able to organize what they gave me and come up with a plan to use with our crews in the field and how we present this information to the customer. Our customer’s auditor group was impressed with my organization and brought it back to the customer and they told me that they now implement my structure and organization across their markets. This helped boost my confidence when tackling tasks that seem large and daunting. All it takes is a willingness to learn and a little organizational problem solving.”
